Person Centred Practice

is the cornerstone of all our support services and this involves an ongoing process of listening, thinking together with you and your family, coaching, sharing ideas and seeking feedback to ensure we’re always supporting you toward your personal goals, as they evolve and change.

Options provide a range of services- Supported Living, Participation and Inclusion, Transition from School and Supported Employment Services. All supports are individually tailored to assist each person to develop their lifestyle choices.

Supported Living - individual planned support to live in your own home.

Transition Services - helping students to think about life after school.

Coaching Assistance - to make wanted/desired life change.

Community Linking - support to get involved in community activities, organisations, events and develop new social connections.

Supported Employment - a person centred approach to assisting people to obtain and retain
employment. We can also assist with developing self employment initiatives and micro business.
