It is now 31^st July and time for an update on where we are with our self-managing change process.

The working groups have carried out several surveys and the summaries of their work and recommendations for the next steps will be available to share in a few weeks. One of the key things we are clear about is that a common shared purpose and set of values we all work to is the backbone for our organisation.
